For: Nonprofits eligible for IRS’s simple reinstatement process

• Applies if you’re within 15 months of revocation

• Eligible for Form 990-N or 990-EZ

• No prior revocations

• We complete your IRS Form 1023-EZ or 1024-A, file it, and monitor progress

 

Tier 2: Postmark-Date Reinstatement – $2,800

For: Organizations wanting status reinstated from the application date (not retroactively)

• IRS does not require a reasonable cause statement

• We prepare and file Form 1023, 1023-EZ, 1024, or 1024-A

• Ideal for nonprofits prioritizing a clean re-start

 

Tier 3: Retroactive Reinstatement (Within 15 Months) – $3,500

For: Nonprofits needing IRS to backdate reinstatement

• Includes writing a strong reasonable cause statement

• We prepare all required IRS forms and file missed returns

• Aimed at protecting your history, funding, and credibility

 

Tier 4: Retroactive Reinstatement (After 15 Months) – $5,500

For: Complex cases requiring in-depth IRS justification

• Includes detailed reasonable cause narrative(s)

• Requires IRS Forms + 5-7 years of tax filings

• We handle everything from analysis to submission
